He knows the neighborhood, marketed the place really well, and was straight with us the whole time, which I appreciated more than anything. Vincent was incredible. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions in an accurate and timely manner. I was very comfortable throughout the entire process. One thing in particular that stuck out to me was he sent me reminders leading up to do the items I needed to take care of my end. He is very organized and perhaps even more importantly, helped me to stay organized.
